The Hi There Solutions mobile app offers a communication platform tailored to the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, along with their friends and family, ensuring no word goes unheard. The application includes two core features:

• Hi There!!!: This feature provides a video chat solution with real-time captions, speech-to-text capabilities, instant messaging functionality, and a collection of animated American Sign Language sticker emojis – all integrated within video calls.
• Just Talk!: This feature offers a text chat board solution with real-time captions supporting text-to-speech and speech-to-text functionalities, alongside animated ASL sticker emojis – ideal for multi-environment use, be it noisy or quiet surroundings.

The Hi There Solutions application offers users Basic and Premium subscription plans that automatically renew on a yearly basis.

• The Basic subscription plan solely includes the Hi There!!! video chat solution with three tiers of video minutes and instant messages to select from.
• Opting for the Premium subscription plan grants access to both the Hi There!!! video chat solution and the Just Talk! text chat board solution, also featuring three levels of video minutes and instant messages options.

Unused video minutes and instant messages carry over to the subsequent annual subscription term, providing users with added flexibility. Users have the liberty to upgrade from the Basic plan to the Premium plan at any point, including the ability to switch to higher tier levels within their chosen plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the current period concludes. Subscription management or cancellation can be performed in Settings post-purchase.

In addition to subscription offerings, the app provides a Top-Up in-app purchase plan, presenting three additional levels of video minutes and instant messages for purchase should users deplete their current allocation.
